- Description of your problem (with alarm or error code if possible)
- Confirmation of your problem (normally within the same business day)
- Shipment to EASYCNC (before service)
- Maintenance & Repair service (rush service is optional and available)
- Shipment to Customer (after service)
- Warranty and Support (ensure your expectation is well achieved)
